Marly, thanks so much for your help in tracking down the granola bars at the Drake! I always regret having to bother someone at home with business matters, but I was frantic in trying to locate the information which was possessed by the dispatch service! With your assistance, the granola bars (all 20 boxes) were indeed found in the kitchen refrigerator! If this information hadn't been available, I don't know if my client would have ever found them. I spoke with the general manager of the Drake this morning and informed them of the communication problem and he assured me that steps would be taken to avoid this problem in the future. Once again, I greatly appreciate your help in finding the bars. Suppliers who are willing to go the extra step in helping their customers are often rare and Ala Carte definitely will be our main supplier for food and candy items. Thanks again!
